EPISODE NOTES

We’ve decided to make Season 3 about our collective Gap Year — the gap year we’ve all been forced to take because of the pandemic. It’s a time that is both bewildering and in some ways liberating. This season won’t be just about COVID, but it will be about “what’s next?” That’s the big question that drives people to take a gap year, or a time out, in order to figure things out. It was the reinvention question behind S1 and S2 of this podcast. And it’s the question that has come into sharp focus for so many of us during the pandemic: What is next for you? Are you creating a better normal? What are your biggest challenges right now? And on a happier note, what is your NEW BEST THING that has come out of this strange and historic time?

You’ll hear from ordinary individuals in midlife and older who are making intentional changes as well as from authors and experts on topics like navigating transitions, aging and health in the time of the Coronavirus, managing anxiety and uncertainty, reinventing work and school, creativity and COVID, and more.

We are looking for a sponsor for this podcast. If you are interested, please contact Debbie Weil.
