Beginner's Guide to Business Blogging by Debbie WeilPeople are still asking where to go for a “blogging 101.” That question momentarily stumps me. There’s so much information out there it’s hard to know where to begin. To simplify, I decided to be literal and look for resources labelled Blogging 101. I’ve also included several links to microblogging — and specifically, to Twitter.

A key point about blogging is that it’s only one piece of the bigger social media pie. It’s a key piece, however. Think of it as your home base or the hub of the wheel. From your blog people should easily be able to find you on Delicious, Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.

For close to 100 examples of corporate blogs, see The Big List of Big Brand Blogs I’ve compiled.

Note: I include RSS and podcasting because they were hot buzz concepts in 2005, when I originally wrote this post.
